• Headphones will only be used during event hours

• Headphones are NOT to be taken outside

• Please keep headphones away from anything liquid based or sharp

• Keep headphones off of floor

• Headphones are not to be shared with other guest

• If headphones are not properly working, you will be reassigned a new pair of headphones in exchange for old pair

• No adjusting headphones out of its original state

• You must return headphones after the event is over. Any failure to do so will result in respectful reinforcement of return and/or financial compensation of replacement.

• There will be no use of heaphones if form isn't completed
